All this over vince's worst album (to me) is nuts to me.

You can appreciate the attempt but also just...not like the creative choices. Also it is just an opinion @ShintaroKago nothing that we are saying on a message board is gonna stop vince from making money. For all the s*** said on here, worst was said to him on twitter that he directly replied to with equal to or funny smoke.

Personally as both an artist and a musician that has played multiple genres in different bands (including rock), I feel the overall sound was just derivative and just safe for my taste. Obama put the album in his favs on his playlist. You and I have similar political takes, this type of album shouldn't be the type of album a neoliberal centrist should be like "oh yeah this s*** is hip" otherwise, it loses the point of it's message

For the concepts and the type of material and content he was going for, I felt it was off putting how monotone and "unenthused" he was sounding on such serious issues. The Tiny Desk performance imo illuminated my issues (and a lot of the comments under that video said similar) with bro literally looking like he aint even wanna be there.

All of these things combined just doesn't make for a good listening experience (for me) I don't even care if bro doesn't rap again or gives the rock s*** a shot again just...make it sound better. I was getting my life to anti-cop s*** like this

So my personal gripes with the album got nothing to do with "nigga just rap" nor do I think he should make "murder music" again.
