Season 2 second half is terrible, mainly cuz Lynch didn't write nor directed any of it cuz he had beef with the network
Season 3 is basically the best thing ever but is not an easy watch at all

The directing was phenomenal, the Paraguay dude intro especially. Shouts out to Zetna Fuenes for the directing, I think this is her first time working with Vince too
Also they keep killing the casting, Bicycle outfit guy was great
bicycle guy was jeff hiller! he won the emmy for the show “Somebody, Somewhere”, which I just finished today. incredible show that I highly recommend.

grenade felt like an important episode for the sake of further establishing the rules of the universe
felt like chekovs gun kinda thing (especially bc the show seems to be a big writers room challenge)
i’m interested to see the inevitable infighting between the non joined. there’s no way they’re not setting up a big fight
i think please carol served the same purpose but did more for me / the audience
