Oscar WinnerIma laugh if the first episode of S2 ditches the whole “she has 2 months until she joins” we might be getting blue balled here with thinking “Carol an Mano are gonna spend S2 trying to cure the hive”
The running structure has been: introduce a big plot point at the end of an episode and then resolve it next episode
End of episode Carol discovers there are 11 more immune, next episode she meets them and sees it’s pointless. Any other show would’ve made the S1 goal her searching for these people and then once accomplished it would’ve been “we gotta band together and destroy this virus” but nope, not here.
End of episode Carol discovers they eat humans, which gets resolved with the John Cena scene. Any other show would’ve treated this s*** like Sherlock Holmes where she cracked an important clue in the case. But nope, not here.
End of episode Carol hooks up with Z, and then they break up next episode. Any other show would stretch out the romance and “ugh this feels so wrong but it’s right” but nope, not here.
It’s like the story keeps driving down roads full of dead ends. It’s interesting.
yeah, atom bomb will prolly get deactivated by the hive mind by remote on the first episode lol
Also, most shows would have kept what's in the box as a mystery until next season (the hatch)

Dec 25, 2025Turns out I just needed Manousos and Carol to link up this whole time. Most interesting section of this show so far for me. Even when it went back to Carol and Zosia having their lil love fest at the end, I'm like "ok, but show me what Manousos is up to." Hopefully he's a much bigger presence in season 2, seems like it's setting up that way. I'll stick with it...

This isn’t really accurate when Stranger Things took ten years to produce five seasons and those s***s are the definition of fast food
Also Severance S2 took three years and was a bit disappointing
Amount of time spent on art don’t correlate to how good the art will be

nah this is where I draw my line in the sand
snapping at somebody to do something is a blatant sign of disrespect, especially if it's from somebody you just met. Manousous was already being rude to her so she had to set her boundaries to clarify how their relationship would proceed. that action was completely justified
for me the most unlikeable Carol has been all season is later in the episode when she's given up on humanity and enjoying ski trips with her fake girlfriend until she learns she's not safe like she thought and decides to throw her cape back on
that was the pure selfishness that she got mad af at the other survivors for earlier in the season

Vince laughed at the possibility of this starting production on may 2026.

that was almost her breaking bad moment but would've ruined the show. feel like Carol can't be on the same morally reprehensible level as Walt or Saul cause she literally has to save the world. guess some people already view her as a rapist tho so idk lol
but I thought the finale did a good job of showing how much she unknowingly switched up from her stance in episode 2. she was basically quoting Lakshmi when asking Manousous, "have you even tried talking to them?"

He presumably yelled at them inducing their panic attack seizure state then tested the radio frequency which seems to be key in turning someone back to normal

Carol being delusional as s*** and purposefully guiding conversations to satisfy her own delusions was so bad
Her trying to avoid knowing the real Zosia was a straight woman while playing coy around it, when in the back of her mind she knows she's tripping, but wants to avoid accountability

I think the listening station which they first caught the signal on probably became the antennae and the electrical impulses they use to communicate with each other are on that frequency.

That’s fair. But remember this is Vince Gilligan. He hasn’t let us down (yet), we can trust his track record. How long did he take in between BCS seasons ?
