What an album

Came out while I was revising for my GCSEs and really brought the energy to my school on the lead up to summer. Views and TLOP are the only times I saw the live impact of blockbuster releases at school

Feel No Ways is forever my favourite Drake song

looking back at this right now and in a few years - This album will be top 3 drake (atleast from a fan perspective - so much nostalgia is associated with this its crazy)

I need to get the Views vinyl at this point

Wack song I'm glad Drake recorded a new verse

love or hate views you cannot tell the story of the 2010’s without it

extremely high highs but also some low lows. not worth ranking the albums just enjoy the music

Got written up for playing this loud af when it dropped

young as hell in college such a tumultuous time in my life. broke up with my gf at the time and i saw her at a party and we didn’t say anything to each other. i had this album blasting at 3AM what a time what a summer

I’ll never forget how fire I thought this was on first listen only to wake up the next day and see it getting panned. I was dead ass confused like preconceived notions aside how tf could y’all not like this good ass music?

I could understand people not thinking it was perfect, no Drake album is imo but it’s easily a 8/10 effort

Extremely classic era for Drake and pop music overall.

Still don’t think this album specifically is a classic body of work though

That’s why people really need to watch what they hate on. People took this and a lot of other albums from this era for granted but if they were released today they would be MBDTF level compared to modern rap album standards. The bar is way lower than it used to be

Beyoncé song is Can I, you guys think the paradigm shift song is Controlla or One Dance? Those songs in conjuncture with Work really kickstarted that trop pop wave in 2016/2017

This grew on me heavily but it’s still not top 3 drake. I’d accept top 5

Its cool he knew that it would be divisive and released it anyway. Especially since im on the i love part of the divide lol
