People going through manic episodes aren’t generally concerned with how socially acceptable their delusions (in the medical context of the word) are. There are a lot of different delusions. Being paranoid of a particular group is just one. The group doesn’t;t have to be a minority. It’s unfortunate but different than someone who hates a group.
