Still man if this s*** happened in a public space and a single picture / video ain’t even drop from a bystander or someone at the restaurant or from the paparazzi when they get paid to follow these people around all day it seem weird. Nothing is private nowadays and you ain’t gonna be able to pay off every person there to not post whatever s*** they got especially if it popped off like Brittany said. For something that seem like it could be a massive career and legal blow and is highly f***ed up, you ain’t gonna be able to stop the public from getting it out

Update: assault in Cali is a misdemeanor, so is certain gun penalties.

That’s why he wasn’t immediately detained for what happened.

The strongest thing that may happen is a civil case, especially since she went to the hospital immediately and reported to the sherifs office.

So yeah, outside of damages that can go into the high 6 figures low 7 figures (that will most likely be settled on some Kanye TMZ s***) this is probably done.
