It’s not 2/3 of the world. It’s literally 2/3 tbh of us. The 1/3 that’s gonna remain will be Gods chosen. As that 400 year prophecy states, after the 400 years we’re gonna come out with “great substance”

Iran kept harassing the US for months thinking the US would never respond and this was how the US responded .
