Getting a massage then seeing this at 1

In the past like decade there’s been films I like more than this and films that I think will be classics

But this is one of the most ‘instant classic’ films I can think of in the last decade. Every scene and character, the dialogue and ofc the music I can just see being iconic and beloved for a long time

Haven’t had a craving of a second watch as strong as I have leaving this movie. Feel like I miss the characters so much.

90s and sinners is killing me for some reason

They probably had to cut the whole Black/Choctaw narrative but the natives was probably my least favorite part of the movie. Coogler normally flashes out his references and I don't feel like their narrative was explored enough or at all

I like it cause it feels like cooglers saying “alright not my story to tell from here ”

This could be it because the movie can only be so long

Remmick probably tried to do the same s*** he did at the juke joint to them and their people and they chased him the f*** away with the intent of killing him so he can’t come back for more. Probably a chief and a bunch of spiritually attuned individuals like Annie.
