idk i think the major remakes are actually some of the only good things we've been getting lately. barring a f*** up or unwanted change, we've gotten a bunch of new games and ideas that ended up sucking d***, not even just not living up

i'd take a FF7, Kotor, and Dead Space remake over all these weak ass attempts of new fps, br, looters, and open world games that all lack substance or anything unique or noteworthy

honestly if you aren't one of the main, consistently good caliber devs, you're probably flopping rn cause last year was ass and i feel like we're getting like 10 actually good, solid AAA games a year max

In a way it is with the characters and personalities being miles ahead of other games but that immersiveness dies when the bugs hit and characters t pose or run in hiding for no reason or cars start running through random s***. When it's patched you're definitely going to be right

The combat in Bioshock feels weightless and movement is unsatisfying, the world is the best thing about it, good game overall tho

They did too much with the sequel. Platforming wasn’t offensively bad to me but I hate the system they used for ammo

How are 2D fighters outdated and inaccessible?

3D fighters are pretty much dead outside of Tekken. Soul Calibur isn’t talked about at all these outside of guest characters, Virtua Fighter 5 is a ghost town, Dead or Alive focused too much on titties, and Bloody Roar has been long gone.
