That's absolutely true. Niggas taking more precautions can avoid it all together. But like the other guy said, that's not what thread is about. Yes more people strapping out stops it from happening as frequently, but it's still a situation that exists regardless. That's like saying keep the death penalty, just make the streets safer overall.
