No. That's why I'm like wtf are ya'll doing over there. It's silly. A country with millions of people packed in a few mile radius and only ended up with 387 cases in the entire province.
The majority of the cases in Korea came from a cult of about 300 people in Daegu who met and all got sick at the meeting and spread it to their families and moved around the city spreading it and not cooperating with the government on the list of members in the group.

But schools are closed though. Some stores too.
