Because Stove is a relative breath of fresh air. Gunn has run his style into the ground already. I'd rather hear Stove keep setting himself apart. Do a record with Black Milk or something. Idk.

True, he is, but I don’t think Gunn would affect his music to that degree. If exec producing entails s*** like art direction, rollout, track titles, concepts, etc, then no one’s better than Gunn imo.

Plus, this tweet kinda implies that he and Roc would share those duties together, so I don’t see how that wouldn’t be amazing

Gunn's creative input is just going to be more Gunn. He's given us more than enough of that. I don't need it from Stove.

Honestly, him and Drake are similar to me. Both are deadly on a feature, but their solo work doesn't do it for me.
