Joe Budden's Podcast crew had a whole segment on an episode dissing the underground scene, and the drumless style. Joe called it lazy and said only Griselda and their affiliates are allowed to have their sound.

They're tired of Alc's drumless style too.

They got Premier on the phone too, and he said to call it "loop bap"

This thing is over a decade in. Griselda are a huge part of it, but this Renaissance thing is bigger than them. It goes out through Slums, The Winners, etc.

There's a whole generation of MCs out now killing s***. And the legends are paying attention too.
