Is this your source of information? Are we really digging into that right now?

You seen color out of space or Underwater? I think both of them did it pretty well
I was so hyped for Underwater but ended up hating it to be honest
i am the biggest Cloverfield stan so it could have been a great head canon prequel for me but oh well
Color out of space was cool, did you know that the same director of COOS got a HP Lovecraft trilogy greenlit? The next film is already in the works. It's The Dunwich Horror. I'm really hyped for that

Ah nah I didn't know that. Also I liked underwater tbh felt more blockbusterish than it should've been. Ending was really well done though imo

Who is saying this HAS to be ALIENS BRO?
watched annihilation last weekend
How did you like that scene in the lighthouse + the score that went along with it?
not even lying when i say that was one of the spookiest feelings i've ever got from a film. Pure dread and confusion
I hate how Ex Machina gets all the praise. I believe Annihilation is much more worthy of that

Annihilation one of the only scifi films ive gave a 10
its so much more than the trailer/hype made it out to be and because of that ppl going in wanting a popcorn flick trash it

Sorry fam but that ending was horrible to me. They show you just a glimpse of the monster and not even in a less is more satisfying way. And then it sort of gets defeated in 1 minute
Also it didn't help that they cast TJ Miller as the comic relief character because he tried to do bring the Cloverfield vibes back with the dry humor in between the tense moments but it just came across as annoying to me in this movie
I'm just happy that the actual Cloverfield film is getting a true dedicated sequel finally
Are you saying that bro?
No
Are you saying if I dont think its man made im dense? yeah, you are

Paradox I've seen once and didn't like very much
Hopefully this one is different.

It's a very misunderstood movie imo and you're right it's very different and gets needlessly trashed for it
