When you only have one kind of baseline for how civilization is supposed to work, it can be difficult to wrap your head around the concept of a different being. They may have completely different motivations, brains, senses that can interact with things in the universe we have no knowledge of. It's fascinating to think about.

People are taught to relate their own experiences and references to any new problem they face. Tbh Luis has alluded to the idea that whatever these are, they are very interested in our nuclear materials. They've been known to shut off our nuclear capabilities and there are many sightings that happen to occur close to uranium deposits, etc.

If I remember correctly water isn't that rare throughout the universe so I don't think they'd be after that. Could be wrong about that.

I feel like if they had malicious intent we would've already known about it. Listening to David fraver's tic tac story about the ufo moving with him and mimicking his movements shows they acknowledge us on some level, even to a playful extent.

The one thing they may be interested in our nuclear capabilities. Alot of the sightings are near uranium fields and what not. They've also shut off our nuclear capabilities multiple times.

I feel that we have made contact to some extent. They've been flying around our military restricted airspace everyday for years.

So they acknowledge us to a level that they know where to fly and that they shouldn't be right above new York city.
