Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device

The patent was initially rejected because the craft would take too much energy to be feasible but the patent filer appealed and presented a letter from James Sheehy, Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise wing of the Navy asserting that they can produce that much energy
After receiving the documents from James Sheehy the patent was approved.
This is one thing he says about the speeds in his letter
