my theory is there is there are no aliens or extraterrestrials and the United States has been experimenting with technology that defies the laws of physics since ww2/cold war.
and its not about declassifying it to americans but its also to have an militaristic upper hand on the rest of the world. the type of technology we have could be a national security risk if they told the truth

i think the likelihood of aliens is extremely low, like less than 1%. The most we could get at is some sort of time traveling technology I guess, but even that would be less likely.
