It’s a cover up of America’s weapons program. Trillions of dollars have been devoted to this stuff and the result is unexplainable aerial activity that needs some sort of cover.

And it’s not the main part, but all news is basically about how our institutions are crumbling, our economy is teetering, our ecology is teetering, none of the institutions are capable of dealing with it - hey, what if there’s an alien! They could have earth-saving new tech!

Psychologically it’s of the same lofty fantasy as going to Mars or any other escape from the trap we’ve found ourselves in.

So what are you disagreeing with? Because Grusch claims that we've recovered these objects and have reverse engineered them to create advanced technology which is being withheld from the public. The ones that monitor Navy bases daily are definitely not ours though
