Not necessarily, no. There's been supposed sightings all around the globe, I doubt that would be all US tech. I thk a lot of them could possible be an error in human perception and or instrument illusion/failure. I'm open to the evidence, but we're not privy to all the available data it seems, so its hard to draw any kind of iron clad conclusions atm. The Fravor acount intrigues me the most atm. Multiple witness testimony, from trained observers who say they had actual eyes on it. Who knows. Could be off world but I haven't seen enough evidence to make that leap yet.

I'm still reading through Australia's files on their ufos. It's crazy they can give us this much info and the US can't give us anything but a shoulder shrug
