I have never once said they deserve X amount of years in prison or need the death penalty. I’m simply saying y’all caping for these girls just cause they’re 13/15 is crazy considering their actions are extreme to the level of clear intention.

They stole a car and their actions resulted in death.

All this talk about “tHey CouLdve DiEd too!” doesn’t mean s***.

I’ll tell my little bro to go rob a bank and if he accidentally kills someone he should be good cause KidKuro on KTT2 said he’s just a kid.

It's like these guys never been 15, bro at 15 I was more than aware of the consequences of my actions and what you should and shouldn't do. I didn't need to be schooled to not car jack a nigga and I lived in the hood. If my actions resulted in someone being murdered my dad wouldn't even be defending me, but good to see these girls have plenty of Ktt activists despite them not even having empathy for the nigga they bodied. But according to Synopsis having a lack of empathy for a man you murdered is understandable because maybe the phone was more damning

Then they're very likely gonna get hit with some juvenile manslaughter charge which most likely won't see them getting significant time in jail after they serve time in juvenile hall. If they even serve time in juvenile hall.

There's a reason why "manslaughter" and "murder" are treated as two entirely different crimes despite death normally being involved.

Been seeing stories of gas station attendants getting stabbed after trying to stop people robbing the gas station. I feel bad for those gas station attendants of course, but there is a reason why those employee training videos tell new hires to not engage with a criminal in the event of a robbery. Lord knows those jobs ain't paying you enough to risk your ass for that s***

It's unfortunate, but you just gotta cut your losses. Whatever is stolen is worth way less than your life/safety and it can easily be replaced. It's the same with carjacking. If someone steals your car in broad daylight you literally have all the information on your vehicle and (hopefully) insurance. That car is either gonna be found and the robbers will be arrested with that information you give, or your insurance is gonna come through and help you get a new car.
