CMIYGL roll out turns 2 in 8 days. I think the roll out will start sometime this month because even if the album were to drop in July, its possible that he starts the roll out in mid-late June. That was the case with Flower Boy.

Its also depends on how long the roll out is going to be tho. If it's going to be around 2 weeks long (like the previous two) and he wants to drop in late June, it could start soon. If he wants to drop in July it could start early July

Yeah it's unfortunate. He actually has an unreleased jazz indie rock album from 2012 called "The Dead Sams" which supposedly featured Kanye, Tame Impala, Smith Westerns, and N.E.R.D. Songs like Partyisntover, Sam (Is Dead), and Answer were some songs that ended up being used for Wolf but they were originally meant for that album. There is also supposedly a private tumblr account that may have some of the songs from there.

Prediction for album release date:

This may be a reach but from what it looks like I think he could drop some time in July. Travis Scott is set to drop his album sometime this month. Assuming that Travis drops in the last 2 weeks of this month, Tyler’s album may not sell as much as possible if he were to drop it around the same time.

This next one is also a reach but I believe Tyler somewhat knows Dominic Fike (who is dropping July 7th) so out of consideration, he may not drop the same week as him because we know that Tyler’s album would overshadow his by a lot. For these reasons maybe he drops on the 14th or the 21st? Maybe early August? All just speculation.
