trimmed a LOT of fat off the raps, very solid 👌🏿
I think it also helps that he’s rapping from a more purposeful perspective on this one for most songs.
Love Call Me, and I also love braggadocio raps, but for some reason it just felt a bit empty when Tyler devoted the better part of an entire album to it.

That last verse on Take That Mask Off so sad - I can't afford Le Fleur but I hope its not doing as bad as he makes it sound
he aint wrong that his target audience cant afford it
love this album already fr
Somebody help me not hate on doechii’s “we are nouns” bar
As much as I love doechii that verse has so many stinkers and she just put the cherry on top with air it out like a queef

Lol I was about to say she has one of my favorite releases this year but may be the worst part of this album
its kinda annoying how in judge judy it sounds like gambino is singing "julie" at the part before the letter

I really could’ve done without Balloon tbh like it’s not offensively bad but it’s just pointless and I didn’t feel the need for smth so jolly between Like Him and the album outro.. could’ve taken another banger à la Thought I was dead and rah tah tah instead
if Like Him had one more drop at the end it would actually be the most o*****ic s*** ever

I love the instrumental and Tyler’s verse
Gonna try to tell myself Doechii is on her young thug s***
I've only heard the album once but was reasonably impressed by it. Not the album I expected based on the teaser tracks, but very enjoyable and personal. Probably my least favorite since Cherry Bomb on first listen (the next three all blew me away immediately) but I'll keep coming back. Hey Jane has some awesome writing.
Relistening to it today, I absolutely love CMIYGL. The joy in that record, its whole vibe, I can't get enough of it. I think it's his most balanced and complete record in a lot of ways.

I really like Doechii, but her verse left a lot to be desired.
