It’s just too muchstory songs are cool, and hes good at it like this one about his girl getting pregnant, or yeah wilshire, biggest issue is replay value cause once you hear it, you dont need to hear another 6-10 minute tale about life struggles

American PatriotMight catch some flack for this but a song like Wet Dreamz is an example of this type of personal vulnerable storytelling done right. Its not super specific nor personal, youre not focused on Cole's specific life or story while you listen. Its a simple story, textured with familiar details, about a fundamental human experience that people can relate too -- losing your virginity as a young dude. Thats it.
