did he really do it for critics though? it’s pretty obvious that saying the s*** he said wasn’t gonna last a whole career especially when he’d reach this age
he literally talks about it in MASSA
Yeah, he had to move away from the shock lyrics at some point
I think Tyler also became a better rapper from Wolf-Flower Boy. More experimental with his flows and delivery.
definitely improved a lot. those early edgelord raps were not it

I’m glad he progressed, otherwise he’d come across as corny as Eminem, also I know he’s not homosexual, I was just saying flower boy had homosexual lyrics (at that point people thought we was coming out and not bi). I just have a cynical side to me that says if he saw the response Frank got then either a) it give him the confidence to be himself or b) he thought “I’d like some of the acclaim and notoriety that seemed to come with Frank coming out”

Massive reach and honestly kind of disrespectful.
Frank came out as bi when Channel Orange dropped in 2012. Tyler didn't "come out" per say until Flower Boy era in 2017. There's no way he sat back and five years later decided to come out for critical acclaim.
Twitter cooking all the people complaining about dj drama tags 😂😂😂😂
As they should
this is a 7,5-8/10 overall for me, I rate the production with a 9/10 tho, one of the best produced albums in the past 6 years
I didn’t know what he was, that’s why I asked
But after I told u ur still questioning it
very different projects
Flower Boy and Wolf honestly arent “very” different tbh
The lowest acceptable score for this album is an 8. Anything lower then that and imma be looking at you weirdly and questioning your taste.

Plus hes been hinting at being bisexual since 2014 it seems to be something he legitimately struggled with tbh

I was explaining why I was asking and the reasoning behind it… why not report me to the mods?

Nah it was a genuine question because I have no idea about what Tyler puts out there aside from his albums
the cover would look so much better if the background had another shade of color instead of white imo
