Real. Me too tbh.
Side bar but this whole summer I feel like had been a transition period for me.
I’m 23 right now and really grasping being an adult and figuring it out without parental guidance at all, and this album resonated so well with me, idk why. I was driving to work today at a job I thought I was gonna parlay into something better but I always knew it wasn’t for me even before I took it and listening to Massa made me realize that at this age a dude who had already made it was feeling the same way. It kind of made me realize like sometimes you just gotta believe in what you think is best for you.
When Tyler says he just wants black kids to reach for the ceiling and take a risk, that s*** hits me hard as f***. It just feels like this album really speaking to the soul and I hope at least one other person feeling how I feel when I hear this s***.
Sorry for the rant, I’m drunk and gotta get it off my chest.
Run for it, my guy. This post inspiring.
Me too.
Sometimes when you meet your hero’s s*** just is so bad.
Seems like in Tyler’s case, everyone except Em embraced him for who he is.
Which tbh, if you get the Ye, Wayne and P co-sign, who gives a f*** about an m&m
they used to be on good terms but tyler's been pretty outspoken with his dislike of em's career trajectory and em's been known to take offense at even the slightest hint of criticism, that's why he heaps praise on guys like joyner who ride for him no matter what lmao, dude's the epitome of a crybaby
First listen I really enjoyed this but honestly wasn’t sure how much I’d come back to it. But I’ve spun it back a few times since then and I am absolutely hooked. Really well done. Love the features, love the production, love DJ Drama on here, and Tyler really brought it man. Just fantastic stuff.

Em gave Tyler a huge cosign until Tyler s***ted on him

Em is a sensitive guy who takes himself way too seriously
He was always the same even in his early days
But now that he's old and his music ain't hittin ppl can finally see it
Dude spent the first 5 years of his mainstream breakthrough calling other men b****es and f words lol
What type of mood is the best backdrop to listening to this project?
If it’s sunny weather I’d literally say chill outside and play it, it hits different

It’s expected to be very sunny and hot tomorrow, then im going to lie on the grass and listen to this

Literally them first 5 or so tracks call for it

Didn't really like SWEET/ITYWTD on first listen but man it's beautiful second time around
