Started to listen to every Tyler album in chronological order since Saturday to prep for Friday. Today I had cherry bomb and man insane the hate that album gets, could have been mixed a little bit better for sure but there’s some serious production and lyricism on it man. Also insane how much I feened for Goblin when it dropped, his worst project for sure

It’s like not even bad, there’s way worse mixing out there. Tyler clearly wanted the production to shine on this one

i think with the whole mixing issue is i think he was trying to go for a “death grips” style of production, especially the title track

Really hoping we get a Tierra Whack feature on this. If Tyler is leading towards a more rap heavy project I think she’d be perfect
