It's motivating as most Tyler albums are but he also talks down to people a lot throughout the album
Rise is probably my favourite beat on there but it's like... damn a whole verse addressing Nast & 'i'll always be ahead of you Nigga, never forget it.'

I don't really see it as a way to talk down on people. If anything, RUNITUP, HOT WIND BLOWS, and MANIFESTO really tell you to pursue what's important to you and see where it takes you.
