in these type of conversations, it’s honestly you that is causing a conversation that never existed, to exist

there is no forced agenda. no kid is watching this thinking “man I need to wear a dress and show my nipples poking like ice spice” they just saw they faves ice spice and Tyla vibing at their favorite channels award show and are starstruck

that’s how kids brains work. most they might say is “hey can I get some biker shorts and a crop top like Tyla/Ice?” and at that point it’s up to the parents discretion. adults try to place these adult perspectives on innocent moments and it always takes away from kids innocence. the only person who noticed Ice Spice’s nipples were the h**** ass niggas and hit dogs tryna holla

The fact that "Push 2 Start" and "Shake Ah" especially are some of the most interesting tunes this decade.

I can only hope she continues to evolve as an artist as much as she has thus far.

I was a kid once, seeing people on TV and how they were portrayed definitely had influence on me. It’s much more nuanced than a conversation of “oh I want to dress exactly like that now!” Yes no ones brain works like that so you made it sound silly. It sounds to me like you’re over infantilizing kids and thinking they’re oblivious, they’re more perceptive than you’re making out.

Kids aren’t stupid and that definitely impacted some brains

they, the kids, saw Tyla and Ice and got excited cause it was 2 black girls hosting Nickelodeon and you could see the joy in they face cause they “remembered the orange hair girl from being with Taylor” (one of them is big Taylor fan) and Tyla is Tyla around here lmao

again, the only “agenda” is what adults are placing on innocent moments for children. I thought Ice Spice had a nice dress and the night went on lol. girls didn’t even notice her dress, they noticed the funny drawing tho
