Blasé was big. Saved and Wavy were sleeper hits too. But he hasn't had once since then when Wavy was poppin' summer 2016
Wavy did so well basically off being a song on Free TC Deluxe with no singles push or video at all, Droptop in the Rain not being a single as well is baffling

I think perception of this song by some people is that its messy with a lot going on, I can see how that wouldn’t really translate to mega success.
You’re right though, I can see this being a slow burner sort of song thats still played years from now at clubs and parties, maybe we’re jumping the gun a little

as weird as it seems because he has SO many hits, it feels like Ty doesn’t get the attention for his singles like that ever fr.
from what i’ve heard, he’s gunning for a great, perfect album this time around (i’ve felt like free TC and beach house were great aside from a couple tracks too)
i think they’ll have to market Ty in a different way for him to get his flowers and the music to move. maybe market him towards the real music lover fan base and R&B heads instead of a casual music fanbase.

Like I said, no full tracking week. They also don't have a radio impact date set (nothing on All Access, etc). This is blowing up in the UK and has 15 million streams on Spotify which is already doing better than Purple Emoji (past HITC's total even). All the label has to do is get this going on the radio

Doubt it cause Tyga doesn't want to retread taste for a 5th time lol. It would still be perfect now. DA literally just had a 3x platinum record with Eminem. It was never called All Mine btw, it's "Tap In".
