Well sharing that they don't care in a thread about someone talking about how they were abused doesn't make them look like very good individuals lol

They don't have to care if they have no connection to the person what so ever. Sharing it and normalizing sharing it is the part that is not good and could potentially do damage. Whether it's in the "ktt life sxn" or not you are working to normalize people reacting to someone sharing something like this with "idc" regardless of the reason they don't care or how reasonable it is, which is gross
