Like⌠f***. She really was a tragic figure. I donât understand whatâs happening with the black lodge stuff at the end (in general) but damn the ending is just wow man.
it's out of time. She's able to see, talk to, interact with Cooper in her dreams/the black lodge. All before he ever comes to twin peaks.
Just finished watching it all again with my girl, what a journey, first time doing a complete rewatch in a good couple years
It's also way more legible than I remember. A lot of stuff is directly explained, or the intent is very obvious. Not too much esoterica for esoterics sake
On of the movies of all time
World wasnt ready to tell the story of a victim
Top 2 Lynch movie imo
Top 2 Lynch movie imo
Facts. I still canât believe how people s***ted on FWWM. Sure it was different from the series tonally. But it seemed like everybody loved TP for Lynchâ unique weirdness that he inserted and everybody collectively loved the OG seriesâ finally that went fully Lynchian. That he elaborated on that with the FWWM seems like it should please a lot of people
Quentin Tarantinoâs remark on Lynch disappearing so far up his own ass with FWWM is still the worst take ever
just rewatched fwwm with my gf last night. such a wonderful haunting movie. now rewatching the series with the aim of finally watching s3 - never saw it
Been speaking to a chick that looks like Madchen Amick for an hour with good vibes and laughs and s***
is this moving too fast to ask for a number?

i do think people play up how obtuse lynch can be. i'm not saying i'm always following, but overall i think most of his stuff feels like it has some sort of internal logic to it, even if it's not clear.
except lost highway that one's just different
Iâm finally restarting the series so I can watch all the way through for this Fall season⌠watched the pilot again and this really is peak television
just watched the pilot for the first time, im digging this

Yeesssir you know Im on it
Hopefully will get to watch FWWM in the next couple of days and then begin S3.
The last section of the finale really took a wild turn compared to the rest of the show, I guess thats the direction I should expect going forward.

So I've heard
Maybe I should watch some more of Lynch movies before I dive into S3? Just to get adjusted to his style
Atm I've watched Elephant Man, BV and Lost Highway.

As long as youâve seen those I think youâll be good. I would suggest Mulholland Drive too

S*** buddy watch Mulholland Drive..
finished my rewatch of season 1 and heading back into season 2 to finish it this time around.. the creepiness levels really ramp up from S2E01 on. This show is hitting during the fall spooky season as well.
You know with every rewatch I am appreciating more and more scenes about the return. Its like their is so much meaning and love in every scene.
Like Aubreys disabled brother running into a wall right still the same with his mother crying. Into the next scene of Bobbys mom meeting him and sheriff truman to deliver the item from his dad. Both scenes filled with motherly love but so different. One of a mother appreciating her sons maturity and the other still here 25 years later caring for him with the same love. Such a strong moment especially given the tragic death of the young child being killed in a car accident at a young age in front of his mom
I dunno maybe Im overthinking but its so incredible how fast Lynch is able to give me these emotions
