He had to hire or enlist multiple people to get the voice models and s*** and then make it spit his verse

No, he didn't? And the process isn't nearly that complicated. He's the one who wrote/spit the verses. All the AI voice filter did was alter his voice to sound like 2Pac and Snoop. That's all.
