Drake isn't being deceitful in his use of the AI filter on his diss. You know it's him. It isn't being marketed as featuring 2Pac. It also isn't available anywhere that he could generate profits from.

They (UMG) made social media remove the AI Drake/Weeknd song....then Drake turns around and uses an AI 2Pac voice with no permission from anyone.

The Ghostwriter song was marketed as a Drake and The Weeknd song when it in fact wasn't.
Drake's diss isn't marketed as a song featuring 2Pac and Snoop. You know it's Drake rapping their verses. It also wasn't released anywhere Drake could generate money from.
