GoldmenaceMan it’s crazy, just viewing the political spectrum as a whole looking back we used to have so much dignity and respect. I was a kid during bush, Obama, Etc, they may not have been the best presidents overall but they at least had some kind of morals and integrity.
If a sitting president would post anything close to some bs on their socials back then the outrage would have been absolutely crazy. The fact we at the point where we just see it, shake our heads, and move on being numb to the bs is really wild when you think about it.

Is the conversation "just" about deportations or is it more about violated rights/thinning of the bill of rights, secret masked police with no identification, denied due process, politically targeted regions, concentration camps, overriding of current legal immigration policies, and general dehumanization?
Deportation has been a completely normalized part of our country whether anyone agrees with it or not. There's a variety of clear differences with what we are witnessing today.
It's off the mark to reduce what we are seeing to just the word "deportations" alone imo.
