It was banned with conditions. Parler has no moderators and the owners make no effort to keep their user base under some sort of guidelines. People knew this attack would happen based off of what was being said on Parler, which means the owners could have helped bring awareness and helped divert it, but they didn’t.

Social Media platforms should not become a flock for a political group.
