The leak 2 mixtape

Some cool ideas on here but most of them are nothing Crazy to me

I wish he would sit with his songs, develop them, and really take time writing lyrics

So many of them could be polished into Great, album worthy songs if he just added another verse and tried different things vocally so it doesn’t sound so one note

Stick Walk, Boss, Squad, Peaky Blinders, HaHaHa, Only Friend, are my immediate standouts but it just feels like he doesn’t care to really lock in and push his songs to that next level that he’s clearly capable of

I know it’s technically wrong to judge an artist off their leaks, but judging off past releases, he doesn’t really go back and edit many of his tracks once he’s laid an initial idea. when he puts a leaked song on an album like Trip McKnight or Dark Brotherhood, they’re the exact same, or maybe just a feature verse is added. But his output would really benefit from refining on his musical ideas. Not everybody should take the approach of freestyling over writing.
