The mayo marinade trick was life changing. In fact I gotta butterfly some chicken breasts now so I can start marinading it in my teriyaki mayo mix

Ketchup is one note but it has a couple good use cases. Overall I'm not a fan.

Mayo as is can be bland by itself but it mixes well with other condiments to add complexity.
