Nov 5, 2019aLIENTravis Scott is a much better musician than Drake imo. Drake has NWTS which I really love (prolly more than Travs stuff) but Travis is much more of an artist tbh. Drake barely is an artist imo, he takes the hottest beats at the time and raps/sings over them, has two hit singles and the rest of the album is mid or filler. There hasn't been any artistic vision in Drake's output for some time.
You’re right even though I only see Travis as slightly more of an artist, at least he knows how to put together an album. Drake set the bar so low that saying “make this sound crazy on some dark s***” is like the most ambitious artistic move ever
