if he puts it on Live Nation he won't get booked by them anymore
if he takes it himself that will make it an easy layup for the lawyers prepping lawsuits
if he puts it on his fans he risks losing that fanbase that makes him one of the most popular artists
ultimately it's a combination of all three, but he just has to dance around each one
