i tend towards a more conspiratorial understanding of the world, because in recent centuries that is very much how events happened, thru the conspiracies woven by the elites, most people are completely ignorant to this

my point being that i think its possible tory was framed for reasons beyond the scope of this night

also i think the fact that she was hit in the foot likely means either there was a struggle over the gun and it was discharged accidentally. if youre actually trying to shoot someone the probability you hit their f***ing foot is very unlikely. worse case he was aiming at her, someone hit his hand and it deflected towards her foot, in that case then yes he deserves to go to prison for attempted murder
