While 10 years may be a tad bit excessive

Guns are nothing to play with. (This is one of the main reasons why I’m so against guns period. People get upset, and do irreparable damage when they’re around…)

So if you do find that he’s guilty of the crime, and IMO he is, then 10 years (when he’ll end up doing 7.5ish) is justified.

Whenever you let off a gun, you run the risk of killing someone. My man Lanez is lucky it’s only 10 and not life for killing her

No, it's possible to be empathetic regarding Tory's situation. None of us were there, but they were clearly drunk and s*** happens. 10 years is absurd, despite him being a pathological liar throughout the whole ordeal. If it was attempted murder or a shot at a vital organ or body part perhaps I'd agree with you.

Anyway, I bet the thing that's dragging on Megan's mind is the harrassment overtime, not her getting shot at her foot
