BanditoThere’s actual video evidence. If you look at the arrest video you can see Tory already outside of the video on the ground while Meg is walking backwards.
On another note a detail that is constantly overlooked it that Megs friend had GSR on her and there’s no mention of GSR found on Tory.
“Harris (Kelsey) may have had possession of the gun that shot Pete (Meg) at some point because investigators found gunshot residue on her hand. Stogner later said under questioning by Deputy District Attorney Kathy Ta that gunshot residue can be transferred to someone’s hands by being “in the vicinity” of a gun that’s fired.”
If they tested for GSR at the scene why haven’t we heard that Tory had GSR on him. This would remove all questions on who fired the gun.

The records indicate she had superficial wounds not bullet wounds.

For 25th time, superficial doesn't not mean that she didn't have a wound from a gun or glass.

Lol I agree, my overall point is that the evidence is tainted and the story doesn’t add up as GSR was found somewhere else and we have no proof that that wounds were caused by bullet fragments. This entire case is hearsay at this point. Side bar that’s an old article not based on current evidence that’s just information being reported on assuming that bullets were removed from her feet

No mention of GSR on Tory as evidence. We will hear if any was found on him at trial. As of now with the information we have GSR has been found on one person.
I’m inclined to believe that it was only found on one person based on the detectives response. I could be wrong tho.
The entire case rides on what cut her as that would prove whether she was shot or was cut by glass.
At this point the gun charges will be separate.

Fam the evidence is tainted because they do. Or have physical evidence. That’s not my opinion that the words of the detective.

Lmao, yes but the case is about a shooting correct? If I say I was shot and the evidence that proves I was shot is missing and my wounds are superficial - I do not have a strong case when the defence is saying I’m lying and stepped in glass.
All we can confirm is that a gun was fired and a window was broken and someone had some cuts.
We are arguing for the sake of arguing. I for one can’t wait for the trial.

I don't remember hearing anything about this woman getting arrested, questioned, charged, etc. She was talking about some NDA and that's why she couldn't/didn't speak. However, all this kinda stuff coming out now from an independent witness (I'm assuming this is the security/driver) who saw a muzzle flash closer to Kelsey than it was Tory, and she happens to be the only with residue on her hands...I don't know I just feel like this is something we would've heard about way early on in this situation. How is this only now coming out? All this just seems like something that would've been revealed by the police already.
