Gunshot residue/gun powder can end up on anybody in a close proximity of a gun going off. As for how it ended up on her hands? Could be that she handled the gun after it was fired.

The person who been talking the most, whether on social media or thru their music, has been Tory. And just going off all the things he has said about the situation...it's a whole lot of nothing.

Dude says that Meg and him had a problem when he was getting a lil too close with Kylie, which led to them leaving the pool party. Then he is saying that Kelsey and Meg got into it cause Kelsey was into him but felt that Meg stole him from her? Everybody was drunk and arguing, supposedly Kelsey and Meg start fighting, Meg gets out of the car and then she ends up shot at and she bleeding in a driveway.

So we left with two culprits as to who fired the gun. Either Kelsey or Tory. And since Tory is the one who been doing all this talking and swearing he didn't shoot Meg...why has he not simply come out and said "Yo it was your friend Kelsey"? Like all the evidence acquired adds up to a gun being fired. There are witness accounts that agree there was a gun shot. There is residue in the car, on this Kelsey b**** hands, and on Tory. There was bullet shrapnel found on the scene. I just don't know how this was able to go on for THIS long when there is evidence that a gun was fired, and it is pretty much two suspects involved...feel like this s*** should've been figured out by now
