the whole issue is ppl from both sides using this case as propaganda for their s***ty beliefs
niggas aint s*** vs b****es be lyin crowd waiting on the verdict so they can rub it in each others faces but dont realize all of vitriol thats constantly being spewed in debates like this is a part of the larger problem

i think it's fair to feel incensed and vindicated for your beliefs
the larger problem usually starts at the beginning of these scenarios where lines are drawn in the sand immediately
heard was widely believed at first and depp was trounced by the public at large
same with meg, and any belief otherwise was met with ridicule and disgust because people naturally are unable to have healthy discourse
so now that the shoe is on the other foot, of course this was the result
you can say it's a vicious cycle but i can't blame any partial parties involved

Believe it or not police do not enjoy being lied to about that sort of s*** and I find it hard to believe they would run with that lie. Could it really be that the police were misinformed about the material removed from Meg's foot and the prosecutor was misled about the evidence available? Because if I'm a prosecutor who has been assured that bullet fragments were removed from her foot then of course I'm assuming he shot her. But how the hell are they going to lose those bullets the doctor's report refer to glass fragments? Weird situation.

Her story has lots of factual vagaries, but her first story was that she got glass in her foot, then she said she got bullet fragments in her foot, and then the police agreed with her but no evidence of bullets in the court room and better evidence for glass. I feel like if she is lying it requires the police to also lie? Not that they’re above lying, but that implicates a wider conspiracy now. If they lost the bullets or merely took her word the wound was from a bullet, that would be a sign of egregious incompetence. Weird s***.
