Very few shows have done character development as well as naruto for so many characters at once and made me feel as much as it did

Plus it did a good job of having different things happening in battles vs some other shows

There’s probably better 26 episode shows with insane character development but for the type of show it is I haven’t really seen one I like better

naruto should’ve ended after the pain arc

Would’ve been an ok place to cap Naruto’s story but he wouldn’t have been the hokage nor would the main villains of the story have been resolved. There would’ve been lots unresolved

You could argue they made the story too big with all the older ninja, orochimaru, obito & madra, etc but once those plot lines were there they needed resolution

I did enjoy learning all the history of chakra and villages and stuff though
