Idk, I feel like pushing corporations to make healthier food, endorsing exercise, etc. would help the situation, since, as a fat person, being fat sucks and I would love if society would put some weight into helping me with the s***.
But I don’t think fat shaming works. I saw a study this one time where they found that it motivates a small amount of people, but it demoralizes more people, and then they just get less healthy.- Oct 7, 2022

Metabolically Healthy Obesity refers to a person who doesn’t have health issues…yet. It’s a transient state. The risk of developing issues as time goes on is significantly higher than a lean person. Show me a metabolically healthy obese 60 year old.
