ngl, god gave me this apartment. i was living with 3 other dudes back in 2019 and was moving out aug 1st, i had a one bedroom place picked out for months with $550 rent but when they actually gave me the lease like july 29th the literal first s*** it says is “rent amount is subject to change at any point without warning to the occupant” so i just left the leasing office as soon as i saw that s***

so after that i’m stressing, figuring the cheapest i’m gonna get 3 days before college move-in is gonna be like $700 a month, might have to move in with roommates(which i f***ing hate bc i’m ocd about cleanliness when it’s other people’s messes), and i find this small but nice apt in like the best part of town, literally a stone’s throw from campus. they said my credit probably wouldn’t be good enough(it’s not s*** but i never had a credit card at the time so it was just mediocre), i ask my parents if they’d co-sign but they essentially told me to f*** off, but the woman at the office took a chance on me and let me lease anyway so i’m paying way less than i did living in a 4 person household to live alone

did that for the most part today, s***’s so cash. i’m like within a mile radius of like 20 joints so the orders come in heavy, plus it’s so much more lax just chilling in the apartment watching netflix or some s*** instead of waiting for orders in some parking lot sitting in my car.
