That doesn’t equate because a white person can’t be bullied by being called a “nigga” since nigga (with the hard R) is a slur used to hate someone based on the color of their skin.
In Ye’s case, anyone can be gay, so homophobic people can bully literally anyone by calling them the F slur if they think they have feminine traits.
