When Baby makes the same song people have liked in the past, they say he fell off.

But when Gunna does it while also severely lowering the quality of his music, he’s praised.

    Why is that?

You can make the same song over as long as it's catchy

    See: Taylor Swift

He’s always been extremely overrated. Super monotonous, can’t keep an album interesting whatsoever, and is best in short doses

Sounds exactly like he used to lol

yes and it was cool at first but now it's tiring and boring

I'm afraid to say Lil Durk is even more interesting than this fool

    and I always been a Gunna>Baby guy

lil baby doesn't even have HALF the charisma of DS3 or DS4 on any of his projects except maybe My Turn and even then it wasn't like Drip Seasons

Gunna just sounds so refreshing and interesting to me, the whole flow thing

this gargled autotune bar on bar thing baby keeps doing is boring af

  • Jul 19, 2023

Felt like propaganda the way he was pushed as the face of the new gen

Especially when Gunna is way better

    what are you on about?

Gunna's fukumean , bread n butter and back on Rodeo are top tier Gunna tracks that actually switch up his usual rapping points.

Gift n Curse was more subdued, Guerilla, solo, lowkey, personal, chip on shoulder type energy.

Baby made 2 major albums, bloated 25 song tracklist, 5 years apart resulting in 50 songs that all legit sound like a slight variation of the other, with the usual rap topics and the usual boring features

    Why is that?

Because Gunna has a hit with fukumean so the hypebeasts going crazy for him. Plus he's somewhat of an underdog now that nobody in the industry f***s with him so the fans want to fight back against that. Gunna's new album as a whole is mid af compared to ds4, wunna, dod2 and ds3
