I need 25 tracks
no I need 5 utopias 5 different versions
There is zero percent chance this is 30 minutes. Especially with 3 of it being wasted on KPop
I know haha, just saying.
This is either gonna' be a chore to listen to or it's gonna' blow my mind.
No in between.

I think it will be an experience. I imagine I leave thinking. WTF did I just listen to. And then go back to tracks I really loved. Then listen in full again until it clicks.
Rodeo and Birds were like 14 songs each.
Astroworld was 17.
All three of these albums were fire experiences without having to be oversaturated.
Where are people getting 23-26 songs from? lol

Ye, Carti, Uzi all crossed the 20 plus mark for the first time (not counting skits) with their last releases this decade. Not that wild to think Travis would too specially after a long hiatus.
When?
Scroll back a few pages. he performed some, and then displayed track names on the screen
lmaoo mfs want him to make a new album just because some scumbags leaked his s***
all of the leaks are features or 100% throwaways.. that’d why i’m bummed cause they are not album material

Till further notice seems like a feature, maybe there’s more to the song on the final

The single he just dropped seemed like a feature 😂
26 tracks is a lil' excessive.
Prefer smaller tracklists with a minimum run time of 30 mins.
Short, concise, & chalk-full of killer no filler.
(That's just me though
)
Regardless, I'm stoked we're getting something meaty here.
Especially after waiting for so long.
I blame King Dog Drizzy (papi) for this trend of bloated ass 20+ track albums. The album-as-playlist s*** he started with more life was a stroke of genius for the streaming era but has watered down the album format in hip hop so badly over the past few years

Kanye's releases have been erratic and he hasn't had a normal rollout or creative process for years now.
Carti's whole rollout cycle for WLR was chaotic and the album had a s*** ton of filler, I like Carti but some elements of that album felt slapped together plus the songs on WLR were short af which justified the bloated tracklist
I don't follow Uzi so I can't really comment on him.
But none of these guys seem as meticulous with their craft as Travis has been in recent years. One of Travis' best qualities is how laser focused he is with his album's creative process.
I just don't see him dropping a 25 track album that we know is gonna have a bunch of beat switches and features.
I think the most we get is 18, but I could be wrong
im always on the side of more music tbh
ppl r gonna love or hate it anyways, give me more

Especially after 5 years

college dropout

carter 3
GRODT
All Eyes On Me
there are so many classics that at 17-18-19+ tracks
drake didn’t start s***
Also a tracklist don't gotta be bloated for the album to be long.
MBDTF is 13 songs but got like an hour runtime lol
Rodeo got like 14 songs but is around the same

GRODT and Carter 3 was 16 depending on which version you got
All Eyez On Me was a double album
CD & LR would be shorter if you took out the skits.
Drake damn sure didn't start it but More Life & CLB were legit like 21/22 songs and helped usher in the bloated tracklist for streams s*** we got now
